Due Diligence Due diligence is the process of diving into the facts on the ground, since these facts stand to determine if the property serves the purpose that the client requires from it. We analyze all documentation from the prospective seller, from rent rolls, T-12s, bank statements, past environmental reports and property condition reports etc. Our job is to ensure that the client knows exactly what to expect when they get to the negotiating table. We will order and review all necessary surveys, studies and appraisals. Once we discover all relevant facts, we will conduct an in-depth market analysis to best advise the client on the highest and best potential use of the property.
Underwriting Underwriting is only as good as its inputs. Our underwriting is guided from years of experience. From land value, hard/soft costs, up to improvement value, we assess each facet of the property/business to calculate the appropriate level of security and risk involved.
Lender Services Lending services equates to due diligence in reverse. Our Lender services department works to ensure that all information provided by the Prime is correct and that the Prime can make timely payments. We ensure the Lender’s finances are securitized and we will restructure the business and loan draws to best suit both parties.

We will make sure all loan requirements and documents are submitted to the bank, payroll is funded in a timely manner and ensure money transfers for weekly billing.
