Dovy’s the the king of organization and order/resident adult in the house, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has what they need to their job properly. A natural people’s person, he brings his trademark professionalism and pizazz to his many, many client conversations. With a background both in law and at a title agency, he’s got first-hand industry experience that the team relies on heavily. And if that’s not enough, his job includes ensuring honesty & integrity rule the VisionRE roost.  

His claim to fame: He’s the only one in the office that can shout louder than Joe.

As the COO of VisionRE, Chaya’s known for her level-headed calm and organized nature, no matter how hectic things may get. She’s been an integral part of the company’s growth since way back when; starting out as a rookie project manager and then moving through HR, client management, and training roles. Her current role as  COO is a testament to her unshakeable work ethic and commitment to constantly pushing herself to do better. An avid student of life, she loves the opportunity to bring out the best in her team (and herself) while delivering the impeccable standards that define VisionRE. Her claim to fame: She’s survived (and thrived!) 9 years working with Joe. 

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her working on her 5th house re-organization.

When it comes to asset management, there’s no one as creative, resourceful, or agile as Yanky, whose job is making sure our every asset in our portfolio is highly profitable.  Thinking outside the box is his DNA, causing him to constantly think up  innovative ideas to maximize our returns. He thrives on solving complex challenges (luckily there’s no shortage of those).  His background as a construction manager provides him with invaluable hands-on experience in managing CapEx projects effectively. A self-proclaimed overachiever, he’s known for going way beyond expectations to serve his clients. 

When he’s not work: not happening, he’s always working (though he’s learning to take breaks...).

Shimshi’s the numbers guru at VisionRE, bringing his years of real estate experience and financial smarts to the team. With an accountant dad and math teacher for a mom, numbers are wired into his DNA, and he’s the one we turn to for anything number-related.  An obsessive researcher & proud perfectionist, he’s all about understanding before talking. The only thing he takes as seriously as his numbers (and tax abatements) is football.

When he’s not at work (and also at work): He’s a die-hard Ravens fan.

Baila’s  our resident marketing director and copywriter who uses her creativity and flair to turn the mountains of information and data into useful and accessible reports that our clients can easily understand. And you can bring on the heat; Baila thrives under pressure and does not pause until her job is done to perfection  

Her impressive communication skills date way back to winning a writing award in 5th grade,  and her professional background in title, gives her a solid understanding of all things real estate,

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her pounding the keys of her piano.

Yechiel takes the bulk of our due diligence work, handling the masses of paperwork, checks, and admin that goes into vetting a property the VisionRE way. His methodical, focused approach - along with his positive, balanced mindset  - makes the due diligence process smooth and organized. And it’s no easy feat when juggling multiple projects, communicating with a zillion providers, and chasing (and beating) dozens of deadlines. 

When he’s not at work, you’ll find him shooting hoops on the basketball court. 

When we need a giant dose of positivity along with smart analysis, Dan’s our man. With a background in economics, statistics and real estate, he’s at his happiest making sense of complicated numbers and sifting through data to provide crystal-clear visualizations and projections to investors. (Seriously. The guy learned underwriting in a Swiss Real Estate Agency). His cool-as-a-cucumber attitude helps him handle the fast-paced industry with a smile. Or maybe the smile’s because he’s imagining his next global trip? Probably both.

When he’s not at work you’ll find at the gym, rock-climbing, or exploring another country to add his travel log (he’s already visited thirty!).

Sammy’s our resident award-winning engineer who visits sites, checking every cubic inch to get the facts we need to make accurate recommendations (and make sure you’re not getting sidelined). But don’t let the muddy Blundstones fool you. He’s got some seriously impressive college creds (6 degrees and working on his 7th!) and uses his years of experience to suss out anything out of order. He’s book smart, street smart, and people smart, liaising with contractors and clients with smooth diplomacy, even when the news ain’t pretty. Heads up:  Don’t mess with him. He’s an ex-US marine and former professional boxer, and will win every time.

When he’s not traveling the country, you’ll find him in the boxing ring, in case he ever goes pro again.

With her meticulous eye for detail and genuine desire to help people, Ariella coordinates asset management and due diligence. She’s way more than a smooth operator though. Drawing on her background in different aspects of real estate, she’s got the intuition and insights to see beyond the numbers and figure out what’s going on with a property beneath the numbers.  Her take-things-as-they-come attitude means she handles the sometimes-crazy demands and always-tight deadlines with zero fuss.

Her claim to fame: She’s completely unflappable. (Trust us, we’ve tried.)

Shana's the heartbeat of our project management team, always one step ahead in the game of process and progress. She's the definition of thorough, never missing a beat and  making sure every detail is nailed down tight. With eight+ years of experience, she's become a master at keeping the hundreds of balls in the air. Her secret sauce? A fierce commitment to making sure we're all moving forward together and giving our clients the VIP service and results they’re used to.
